A key part of the supply chain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 14,000 m\u00b2 Chuzhou factory is located approximately 350 kilometers from Shanghai. The plant provides comprehensive production and supply chain solutions that support our customers\u2019 businesses both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the capacity is dedicated to customer-specific contract manufacturing as well as the production of Kolmeks\u2019 own pumps and motors. We operate as a key part of Kolmeks\u2019 global supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and logistics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

High quality and cost-efficient production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We offer versatile manufacturing capabilities, including in-house stator assembly production (winding installation, machining, insulation, and varnishing). We supply fully assembled stators with housings, rotors, and shafts, supported by an efficient and reliable supplier network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, enabling highly precise and consistent production. Quality assurance is a key part of our operations, and we provide, among other things, CMM measurements and comprehensive documentation to ensure product compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
