Job Summary:
We are seeking an Technical Sales Support Engineer with a strong interest in pump sales and preferred automation/ electricity knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, customers, and the product development team to provide technical expertise, consulting, documentation and support for our pump products and solutions. The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring successful integration and adoption of our pump products and services and assist in the management of technical product data.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team, customers, and product development team to provide technical support, solutions, and guidance for our pump products.
- – Work with sales team in creating technical proposals, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
- – Assist the management of technical product data.
- – Provide technical support and training to customers during the pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales phases.
- – Work with product development team to improve technical solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in engineering of related field, or equivalent experience.
- – Strong interest in technical support or related field, with a focus on sales. Automation knowledge is preferred.
- – Basic technical expertise in pump products and automation applications and solutions.
- – Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- – Willingness to travel as required.
- – Good Finnish and English skills
