Helle’s curiosity and drive propelled her through various roles, including winding technologist and quality assurance, ultimately leading to her current position. Her career at Kolmeks exemplifies the power of learning, adaptability, and teamwork.

Helle’s role is dynamic and challenging, overseeing everything from pricing and drawings review to managing project timelines and coordinating with the technical department. She has also mapped out over 200 company processes, creating a structured system that allows for seamless transitions if someone else needs to step in. Her process expertise helps Kolmeks in Estonia maintain high standards and meet critical deadlines.

As part of our team’s commitment to innovation, Helle contributed to the implementation of automated solutions that streamline production processes. This includes the automation of cleaning and connecting stator wires and the introduction of a lacing machine. These enhancements are helping reduce physical strain on workers and minimize manual tasks, thereby improving overall productivity at Viljandi’s factory.
