We are pleased to introduce Mikko Mononen who previously joined Kolmeks Group as Group Director, responsible for the global contract manufacturing business within the Components business area.
Mikko brings extensive international experience in sales, business development, and P&L leadership. He has built a career around helping customers unlock the value of advanced engineering solutions and driving sustainable growth through strong collaboration and long‑term partnerships.
Mikko strongly believes that B2B is first and foremost a people business. He values open, collaborative, and caring working cultures where diverse strengths come together to achieve shared goals and ambitions. His leadership approach focuses on enabling teams to succeed, grow and exceed expectations together.
During his first months, Mikko has visited Kolmeks teams and factories across different continents. These experiences have reinforced the strengths of Kolmeks Components as a reliable, trusted partner, and highlighted the dedication, openness and welcoming spirit of the people who make it all happen.
Mikko is looking forward to getting to know more colleagues, customers, and partners around the world to develop and strengthen the contract manufacturing business and support the company’s long‑term strategic ambitions.
Mikko is based in Tampere, Finland, and outside of work he is most often found active around his children’s hobbies, training for his next marathon or looking for the next basketball hoop wherever his travels take him.
