SpiroCombi

Complete Protection for HVAC Systems

SpiroCombi is a comprehensive solution designed to improve HVAC system efficiency, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce maintenance needs. It combines two critical functions into one unit: air separation and dirt removal.

The unit effectively removes both microbubbles and contaminants such as dirt, sand, and magnetite from closed heating and cooling systems, ensuring reliable and long-lasting operation.

Why Choose SpiroCombi?

  • Two functions in one: Efficiently removes both air and dirt, saving space and installation costs.
  • Improved energy efficiency: Clean, air-free fluid enhances heat transfer and can reduce energy consumption.
  • Reduced maintenance: Protects pumps, valves, and heat exchangers from wear and blockages.
  • Easy cleaning: Collected dirt can be flushed out quickly without shutting down the system.

How It Works

The core of SpiroCombi is the patented Spirotube element, which slows down the flow, allowing microbubbles to rise and dirt particles to settle.

Microbubbles are automatically released through an integrated air vent, while heavier particles collect at the bottom and can be removed via the drain valve.

SpiroCombi Magnet Option

Optional SpiroCombi Magnet models include a powerful magnetic separator that captures even the finest magnetite particles, protecting modern circulation pumps from damage.

Applications

  • Residential buildings
  • Commercial properties
  • Industrial installations
  • Heating and cooling systems in both new and retrofit projects

Technical Overview

SpiroCombi units are available in a wide size range. Steel models (DN50–DN300) are typically manufactured in PN10 pressure class with flanges (PN16 drilling) and designed for operating temperatures up to 110°C.

Special versions are available upon request, including stainless steel (AISI 316) construction and models for higher pressures and temperatures.
