Range and Features

The industrial pump range covers sizes from DN32 to DN250 and power ratings from 0.2 kW to 110 kW. The electric motor bearings are permanently lubricated and maintenance-free. The industrial pump range includes the new high-efficiency KI series, the proven AL and L series, and the SD pump series equipped with IEC standard motors.

Industrial pumps are available with either IEC standard motors or Kolmeks motors. The use of IEC standard motors ensures easy maintenance and availability of spare parts worldwide. The modular design of the pump allows for easy servicing and component replacement.

Industrial pumps are constant-speed pumps suitable for frequency converter operation. A wide range of accessories is available.

Applications Across Various Industries

Pumps meet the needs of various industries, including process, energy, chemical, pulp and paper industries. They are suitable for demanding chemical and petrochemical applications, closed and open systems, cooling circuits, and water distribution.

In the pulp and paper industry, they are used for handling aggressive chemicals such as caustic soda or saline washing solutions. In the chemical industry, they are suitable for acids, alkaline solutions, acidic process waters, salt and chloride-containing liquids, and solvents.

Applications in the energy industry include condensate water and cooling systems, flue gas scrubbers, chemical circulation, and various process waters.

Solutions for Demanding Process Applications

Pumps designed for demanding conditions can be equipped with a wide range of mechanical seal material options and flushing solutions. The standard seal is a single mechanical seal.

Several seal materials and designs are available depending on the properties and temperature of the pumped liquid.

The standard configuration includes a single mechanical shaft seal with a maximum operating temperature of +120 °C. Elastomer materials include Viton, EPDM, or special materials available upon request. The seal seat may be resin-impregnated carbon or silicon carbide, with a silicon carbide counterface.

Alternatively, the pump can be equipped with internal or external flushing, where fluid is circulated from the pump discharge or an external source to the seal chamber to flush the seal. The maximum operating temperature is +150 °C.

The pump can also be equipped with a double mechanical seal. In this configuration, two seals are arranged back-to-back, with a circulating fluid introduced from an external source between them. The maximum operating temperature is +180 °C. Delivery includes a separate seal water control unit to manage seal water flow. This solution is suitable for hot, crystallizing, or scaling liquids and also enables dry running.
