Pump Design and Features

In-line centrifugal pumps equipped with IEC motors. The modular design of the pump creates a compact, space-saving unit while enabling easy maintenance and component replacement, minimizing downtime and extending the pump’s service life.

Pumps equipped with IEC motors are constant speed pumps, but all motors are suitable for use with frequency converters. The electric motors comply with standard IEC dimensions, allowing easy maintenance and availability of spare parts worldwide.

The pumps are designed for long service life and demanding conditions, with a focus on ease of maintenance and recyclability of materials.

Pump Range and Technical Data

Pumps are available with flanged connections in sizes DN32…DN300, as well as threaded versions in sizes G1″–G1 1/4″, with power ranges from 0.05 to 160 kW.

Pumps with IEC standard motors are available in AE, L, AL SD, and KI pump series. The newest addition, the KI series, complements the already extensive range. The KI series combines top-class efficiency with adaptability to customer needs.

Material options for constant speed pumps include cast iron, ductile iron, bronze,

Stainless steel AISI316 and duplex A890.

Applications

  • Grey cast iron pumps are used as circulation, booster, and transfer pumps for clean liquids.
  • Ductile cast iron pumps are used, for example, in power plants and as booster pumps on the primary side of district heating systems.
  • Bronze pumps are suitable for clean, oxygen-rich, non-aggressive liquids in domestic water systems, as well as for circulation, booster, and transfer applications.
  • AISI316 and duplex pumps equipped with IEC motors meet the needs of various industries, such as process, energy, chemical, and paper industries. They are suitable for demanding chemical and petrochemical applications, as well as closed and open systems, cooling circuits, industrial systems, and water distribution.
