Service in urgent cases
Situations can surprise also outside normal working hours. Our on-call service department serves customers in urgent cases, outside our normal service hours. The on-call service is operated by the same skilled and professional people than our normal maintenance service. The service is available in Finland.
Fast solutions for urgent situations
In urgent situations, we can manufacture a new pump or a replacement kit in up to a few hours and get it delivered to the customer by express delivery, if needed. Regarding our own pumps, we can find solutions fast. For example, by creating a temporary solution to stabilise the situation before the ice melts in the ice rinks, the shopping centres become too hot, or the factory production is interrupted.
