Kolmeks (Chuzhou) Ltd. was established in 2004 in close cooperation with a customer expanding its operations into the Chinese market. Over the years, our factory has developed into a strong international production unit serving customers in both Asia and Europe.
Our long experience in contract manufacturing and cooperation with international customers makes us a reliable partner when cost-efficient and high-quality production in Asia is required.
A key part of the supply chain
The 14,000 m² Chuzhou factory is located approximately 350 kilometers from Shanghai. The plant provides comprehensive production and supply chain solutions that support our customers’ businesses both locally and internationally.
Most of the capacity is dedicated to customer-specific contract manufacturing as well as the production of Kolmeks’ own pumps and motors. We operate as a key part of Kolmeks’ global supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and logistics.
High quality and cost-efficient production
We offer versatile manufacturing capabilities, including in-house stator assembly production (winding installation, machining, insulation, and varnishing). We supply fully assembled stators with housings, rotors, and shafts, supported by an efficient and reliable supplier network.
The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, enabling highly precise and consistent production. Quality assurance is a key part of our operations, and we provide, among other things, CMM measurements and comprehensive documentation to ensure product compliance.
