SpiroExpand MultiControl Kompakt (EMCK) – Compact Pressurisation Systems

SpiroExpand MultiControl Kompakt (EMCK) is a compact expansion and pressurisation system designed for closed heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems. It integrates a non-pressurised expansion vessel directly with the control unit, enabling full utilisation of the vessel volume and precise pressure management.

Unlike traditional diaphragm expansion vessels, the system uses a high-quality, replaceable membrane that separates system water from the atmosphere, ensuring reliable and long-term operation.

System Concept and Capacity

The integrated expansion vessel operates with a safety valve of 0.5 bar and allows 100% utilisation of its volume. The system can be expanded with up to two additional vessels, reaching a maximum expansion volume of 1500 litres.

Available Configurations

  • Solo: Single pump system designed for 100% of expansion flow.
  • Duo: Dual pump system operating in parallel for increased flow capacity.
  • Maxi: Dual pump system with full redundancy; one pump operates while the other acts as 100% backup.
  • Twin option: Available for Duo and Maxi systems with dual overflow valves designed for 100% capacity.

Operating Pressure

All EMCK systems are available with maximum operating pressures of 4.0, 5.6, 6.6, or 8.1 bar.

Example: EMCK-D125-6.6 Twin refers to a DUO system with a 125 litre capacity, 6.6 bar operating pressure, and twin valve configuration.
