SpiroExpand MultiControl Modular (EMCM) – Modular Pressurisation for Large Systems

SpiroExpand MultiControl Modular (EMCM) is a modular expansion and pressurisation system designed for large heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems. It is intended to be combined with non-pressurised expansion vessels (safety valve 0.5 bar) and supports operating pressures up to 16 bar.

Available Configurations

  • Solo: Single pump system designed for 100% of expansion flow.
  • Duo: Dual pump system operating in parallel for higher expansion capacity.
  • Maxi: Dual pump system with redundancy; one pump serves as backup.
  • Twin option: Available for Duo and Maxi with dual overflow valves sized for 100% capacity.

Operating Pressure

EMCM systems are available with operating pressures up to 16 bar, allowing use in demanding large-scale applications.

Example: EMCM-D7-6.6 Twin refers to a DUO system with a maximum operating pressure of 6.6 bar and twin valve configuration.
